Historic Catlin Court
This area of Glendale is on the National Register of Historic Places. It was created in 1915 when Otto R. Hansen, from Wisconsin, subdivided 80 acres into residential lots and named the area after his wife's maiden name. The initial growth came between 1917 and 1930 when the prominent style was the Craftsman Bungalow.
